Halal fine dining

A restaurant is tagged halal-certified only when it holds current certification from a recognised body (such as HMC or HFA in the UK) or operates under the halal jurisdiction of a Muslim-majority regulator, verified by our editors at the time of review. Restaurants that merely offer "halal options" without certification are not tagged — dish-level claims are noted in the review text instead.

Practices differ. Some certified restaurants are fully dry; others hold kitchen-level certification while the venue serves alcohol to other diners. Each FlightLogic review states the alcohol policy explicitly, so you can choose the standard that matches your own practice.
