Press & media

Who we are, what we review, and the terms on which we accept hosted review access.

Quick Answer

FlightLogic is an independent UK aviation and travel review publication from Elite Digital AI Solutions Ltd (Company No. 17250017), covering 180 airlines, UK and world airports, lounges, and passenger rights across more than 3,000 published pages. Press, corrections, and methodology contacts are [email protected].

About the publication

FlightLogic is an independent UK-based aviation and travel review publication, published by Elite Digital AI Solutions Ltd (Company No. 17250017). We publish more than 3,000 pages covering 180+ airlines (28 with full editorial ratings), UK and international airport guides, lounge reviews, airport dining and hotels, UK261 passenger-rights tools, and a live global flight tracker built on open ADS-B, NASA, USGS and CelesTrak data.

Our reviews are built on measured data — Wi-Fi speeds we test on-site, quiet-zone enforcement, dietary reliability, transit logistics — under a published methodology and a review integrity policy aligned with the DMCC Act 2024. No airline, airport, or issuer can pay to change a score.

Hosted travel & review access policy

We accept hosted review access — press flights, lounge and terminal access, hotel stays, and product samples — where it enables coverage our readers value. The conditions are fixed and non-negotiable, and they exist to protect the hosting brand as much as us:

  • Disclosure, always. Any hosted element is declared prominently on the resulting review. Undisclosed hosted coverage breaches CAP rules and the DMCC Act — we do not publish it, and you should not want us to.
  • Hosting never buys the verdict. Scores, rankings, and Utility Index measurements are produced identically on hosted and self-funded trips. A press seat buys the seat, not the score.
  • No copy approval, no score guarantees. Brand control over editorial would legally convert a review into advertising. We decline arrangements conditioned on approval or guaranteed outcomes; clearly-labelled advertising is a separate conversation.
  • Right of reply and corrections. Factual errors are corrected under our published corrections process, and subjects of critical coverage are offered a genuine right of reply.

What makes a strong pitch

New cabin and seat products, inaugural or returning routes relevant to UK travellers, lounge openings and refurbishments, airport operational milestones, and data-led stories where our own measurements or live tracking add an angle. We cover the measurable passenger experience — pitches built on superlatives without something we can verify tend not to land.

Press FAQs

Does FlightLogic accept press trips and complimentary flights?

Yes — hosted access is often the only practical way to review premium cabins, new routes, and airside facilities. Every hosted element is disclosed prominently on the resulting review, our measurements and scores are produced identically whether we paid or not, and hosting never guarantees coverage, a score, or a ranking position.

Can an airline or PR team approve copy before publication?

No. We never grant copy approval or score guarantees. Under UK advertising rules, brand control over content would make the piece advertising rather than editorial — which serves neither side when the value of a review is its independence. We do offer a genuine right of reply and a published corrections process for factual errors.

What does FlightLogic review?

Airline cabins across all classes, airport terminals and lounges, airport hotels and dining, and passenger-facing products such as travel eSIMs and airport services — always through the lens of the measurable passenger experience: Wi-Fi speeds we test ourselves, quiet zones, dietary reliability, and ground logistics.

How do I send FlightLogic a press release or review invitation?

Email [email protected] with "Press" in the subject line. The pitches most likely to land: new cabins and seat products, inaugural or returning routes relevant to UK travellers, lounge openings and refurbishments, and data or operational stories where we can add our own measurement or tracker angle.
