Getting there from JFK, LGA and EWR

JFK to Meatpacking is typically 45–75 minutes by car. The L train and west-side buses help once you are in Manhattan. Newark can be competitive on total time depending on traffic.

New York has three airports that matter for visitors: JFK for most long-haul arrivals, LaGuardia for many domestic hops, and Newark when fares win. Build buffer time for tunnels, Midtown gridlock and evening events — a “30-minute” map estimate is often optimistic.
